5. We ship in insulated, biodegradable KODIAKOOLER products.
6. We ship using dry ice and/or reusable gel pack(s).
7. All orders ship on Tuesday afternoons.
8. We can only ship to the 48 contiguous US states.
Each order is prepared just for you.
We do not calculate shipping with your initial order. There are many factors that go into shipping frozen meat. We communicate with each customer regarding each order to ensure that our products arrive at your door using the safest, most efficient, and most sustainable shipping methods available.
When placing your order, please ensure that once the package arrives at your doorstep it is promptly handled and stored. Since our products are perishable, no guarantees apply to orders that need to be rerouted during transit, delayed due to a customer availability problem, or due to unavoidable shipping delays. All sales are final.
Below, you'll find the UPS charges for shipping 10 lbs. of our products to the following locations. We are located in South Carolina. Approximately 23 states are within UPS ground range for shipping. While these costs can and do vary based on what UPS charges us, these are actual costs provided in August, 2023:
Depending upon daily temperatures, charges will vary due to the inclusion of dry ice and reusable frozen gel packs to ensure that your order arrives safely.
Once you place an order, we will review it, calculate shipping, and email you a final invoice with shipping costs included. You have 72 hours from the time we send the invoice to pay the invoice. Feel free to use the CashApp, PayPal, or Zelle QR codes included in the invoice to pay for your order. Once we receive payment notification, we will ship your order on the next Tuesday.
Please verify that your shipping address and email address are correct while ordering. Once your package ships, you will receive an email confirmation with a tracking number from UPS. Please check your spam or junk mail if you don’t receive your tracking information in your regular email inbox.
Our products are vacuum sealed, fast frozen by our processor, and custom packed to order. Your items may arrive fully or partially frozen--depending on the length of shipping time, season, weather, and the amount of time and conditions in which your package sits unattended after delivery. Your meat should be cool to the touch (40 degrees F or less).
We make every reasonable effort to keep your order frozen. If there is any dry ice left in the shipping container, avoid contact with bare skin. Use thick gloves or oven mitts to dispose of leftover dry ice or simply let the dry ice sublimate naturally. We encourage you to reuse our gel packs.

Never any antibiotics or hormones. Our goats live on land that has been in our family for over 200 years. We take pride in providing high end, high quality goat meat to our customers. Our family enjoys our goat at least once a week!
